How can I become a member of Dunkeld Racing Club?
Due to the our constitutional requirements, memberships are currently managed in-house. You can start the process of becoming a member by enquiring online, and one of our staff members will get in contact.
Does my membership application need to be ratified by the board to join as a new member?
Yes, new members will have their application approved by the board at the next committee meeting. Once approved, payment will be taken. If your application is declined for any reason, you will not be charged.
How can I pay for a membership?
Once your membership is approved, you will be able to pay via credit card or bank deposit.
Are there members’ only facilities that I have access to on race day?
Our club does not have a member’s enclosure.
Who can use a Guest Pass?
Guest passes can be used by any non-member you would like to bring on race day.
What will I receive in my membership ticket?
Membership tickets are provided to Members as an electronic admission ticket for entry into the races. These e-tickets will be issued upon processing of your membership payment.
Is there a members’ car park?
No, we have ample on-site public parking to accommodate attendees.
How long does a membership last?
The membership season follows the racing season, which is 1 August – 31 July.
If I can’t attend a race day, can a friend or family member use my card?
Yes, another person can use your membership pass if you cannot attend. Membership cards are scanned upon entry to the racecourse and can only be scanned in once.
Are there any reciprocal rights with other race clubs?
The Dunkeld Racing Club does not have reciprocal rights with any other country racing clubs.
